What we do
No bundles you cannot read. Pick the visit that matches the problem, and we will tell you before we start if something else would serve you better.
The regular visit that keeps a healthy system healthy and catches small faults while they are still small.
For units that smell musty, drip, or never quite reach the temperature you set any more.
Something changed and you want a straight answer about what it is and whether it is worth fixing.
A new system sized for the room it serves, or an existing unit moved without leaving a mess behind.
Signs you're due
If any of these sound familiar, a service is usually cheaper and quicker than the repair that follows it.
The fan sounds the same but the room takes far longer to cool than it used to.
Drips down the wall or a damp patch under the indoor unit usually means a blocked drain.
Odour on start-up points at build-up on the coil and blower rather than the air itself.
Short cycling wears the compressor quickly and is worth diagnosing early.
How a visit runs
You will know who is coming, what will be touched, and what we found. Nothing gets replaced without asking you first.
We run the system as you normally would, note the vent temperature and listen to it working, then agree the scope with you.
Floors and furniture are covered, filters and coils are cleaned, drainage is flushed and mounts are checked for movement.
You get a written summary of what was done, anything worth watching, and a suggested date for the next visit.
Care plans
Plans are described by what is included rather than by a headline figure. We quote after we have seen the system, so the number you get is the number you pay.
A one-off service for a system in light use or a home you have just moved into.
The steady option for family homes and studios that run their units most of the week.
For small offices, salons and studios with several units on different duty cycles.
Questions
For a home unit running most days, twice a year keeps airflow and drainage reliable. A unit used only in the hottest months is usually fine with one visit, timed just before you start using it again.
A standard service on one indoor unit takes around ninety minutes. Chemical cleaning takes longer because the coil and blower are treated and left to dry properly before testing.
Only for the first few minutes, so we can agree the scope, and at the end for the walkthrough. If you are renting, ask your landlord or agent to confirm the booking with us in writing first.
Routine servicing normally supports it, since most warranties expect regular maintenance. Send us the model details in the booking form and we will confirm what your documentation requires before we touch anything.
Reply to your confirmation email and we will move the slot. There is no charge for changing a booking, and we will offer the nearest window that still suits you.
Book a visit
Send the details and we reply with a suggested time and a clear quote. If a service will not fix what you are describing, we will say so instead of booking you in.
You approve the scope and the figure before any work begins.
Pick a morning, afternoon or weekend window and we work to it.
